End Blocks
Cut Willow blocks to width of top and bottom end block cutouts. Cut across grain. Recut to allow
curve on endblock.
Note: Grain is vertical to template.
Corner Blocks
Front: height at least 30 mm
Back: height at least 31 mm
Sand
all blocks to fit recesses.
Heights: Front 29 mm
Front Corner: 29.5 mm
Back: 31
mm
Back Corner: 30 mm
Lining
Cut strips of Willow about 3 x 8 mm, at least 9 or so strips 25 cm long each.
Ribs
Sand ribs to 1 - 1.5 mm in thickness.
Run through thickness sander with rough paper to 1.5
mm.
Finish with finer paper.
